This page describes every choice the Kleoma app asks you to make, so you know what you agreed to and how to change it. Some of these are required to use the app; the rest are optional and off until you turn them on.
What the app asks, and when

What we record about your consent
When you accept the terms the app stores a consent record in your profile:
- the version of the Terms of Service you accepted,
- the version of the Privacy Policy you acknowledged,
- the version of the age confirmation,
- the time you accepted,
- your choice on analytics and marketing.
We keep this so we can show, if asked, what you agreed to and when. The time is taken from your device.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw an optional consent at any time in the app, and it applies from then on. It does not change anything we did before you withdrew. Withdrawing a required acceptance means you can no longer use the service; you can delete your account in the app.
When a document changes
Each legal document has a version, shown at the top of its page (for example 2026-10). When the Terms or the Privacy Policy change in a way that matters, we raise the version and the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. You can see every current version at kleoma.com/legal/versions.json and the full list at kleoma.com/legal.
